EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly issue an exchange for full-priced, unwashed and unused ticketed merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will send you the style/size you are wanting in exchange as soon as we receive your return package in the mail. Once we receive your return package, you can expect to receive your exchanged item(s) within 7 to 14 business days.

We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

*All mark-down items are final sales, and are ineligible for a return or exchange.

*A&J Screening merchandise purchased from an A&J Screening dealer must be returned to original place of purchase.
